Hi, I'm Tashka. When your prospect is hiring abroad, I'm your call.
I'm a G-P partner manager working with Paychex reps. When a prospect needs to hire outside the US, I handle the international side and you earn a referral fee. Message me on LinkedIn or leave your info and I'll reach out.

How to Refer
How does a G-P referral work for Paychex reps?
Spot it. Log it. Done.
A prospect mentions hiring, paying, or expanding into another country. You log an External Referral in the system you already use. G-P handles the compliant hire and keeps you credited and informed. No proposal to write. No compliance questions to answer. You are the connector, not the expert.

Spot the trigger
Your prospect says “we’re hiring someone in [country]” or “can you handle payroll for our person in Brazil?” That sentence is your cue. It comes up in normal conversations with growing companies.

Log the referral
- Sales reps: Open Salesforce, select External Referral, and choose G-P.
- Service reps: Open SOAR and submit the referral to G-P.
- Either way, email works too: send the company name, contact name, and country or countries to paychex@g-p.com.
Your team lead gets credit too.

G-P takes it from here
G-P’s team picks up the international hire directly with your prospect. You stay copied on status. If your prospect asks a hard compliance question, point them to G-P. That’s their job, not yours.
G-P covers three tracks through this partnership: International Hiring / EOR for companies with no entity in the target country, Global Payroll for companies that already have an entity there, and Canadian Payroll through Payworks. You don't need to figure out which one applies. Log the referral and G-P sorts it on intake.
Why G-P?
Why do Paychex reps recommend G-P for international hiring?
Because your prospect's compliance is not a place to cut corners.

You look like the expert
"Let me connect you with our global partner" is the answer of an advisor. The rep who brings the solution owns the relationship harder than the rep who says "we can't do that."

You protect your prospect
Hiring abroad without an EOR risks misclassification, permanent-establishment tax exposure, and payroll-tax penalties. One bad international hire can cost a company more than its whole US payroll relationship. You are the person who caught it first.

A referral fee, zero added work
You earn a referral fee, and your team lead gets credit too. One External Referral, minutes of effort. You stay the relationship owner throughout.

Ranked No. 1 across major analyst reports
100+ wholly owned in-country entities. 99% payroll accuracy across 150+ currencies. A 100% pass rate on compliance reviews and audits. G-P pioneered global EOR in 2012 and leads the category today. You are not referring a vendor. You are handing your prospect the strongest option available.
Hire globally with proven results
"The way that we handle personal data has to be pristine, and that's only with G-P. We 100% have confidence in how G-P is transmitting information."
"We ultimately felt more confident and secure working with G-P because of their strong data protection emphasis."

What is an Employer of Record and when do you need one?
You don't need a foreign office to hire someone in another country.
An Employer of Record becomes the legal employer of your worker in a country where you have no entity. G-P handles the local contract, payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance. You direct the person's daily work. Setting up your own entity abroad can cost tens of thousands of dollars and take months. For one or two hires in a new market, an EOR gets it done in days at a fraction of that cost.
How does G-P work with Paychex for international hiring?
Your payroll partner has a partner for the rest of the world.
Paychex and G-P have been partners since 2021. Paychex runs US payroll and HR. The moment you need to employ someone outside the US, G-P becomes the compliant legal employer in that country. One coordinated path instead of a separate vendor search, local counsel, and guesswork per country.
What are the compliance risks of hiring internationally without an EOR?
The fine for getting it wrong costs more than doing it right.
Hiring or paying someone abroad without proper legal employment in place creates exposure: worker misclassification, permanent-establishment tax liability, and payroll penalties. It only takes one hire in one country. G-P carries that liability instead of you.
Get the guide before your next international hire.
The G-P global hiring guide covers what an EOR does, what it costs relative to entity setup, and the specific compliance risks. Built for a company hiring outside the US for the first time.
Have a question? We're here to help.
No. G-P and Paychex are separate companies in a referral and co-sell partnership since 2021. Paychex handles US payroll and HR. G-P is Paychex's Employer of Record partner for employing people outside the US. G-P is not a Paychex product and neither company controls the other.
No. You stay the relationship owner. G-P handles only the piece Paychex cannot do, which is employing someone in a country where the company has no entity. You are credited, your team lead gets credit, and you are kept informed as the deal moves forward.
Nothing. You log one External Referral in Salesforce or SOAR and earn a referral fee, with credit shared with your team lead.
Not if you use an Employer of Record. G-P becomes the legal employer in that country, handling the contract, payroll, benefits, and compliance, so you can hire in days instead of spending months and tens of thousands of dollars setting up an entity.
G-P employs full-time workers in 180+ countries and contractors in 190+ countries through wholly owned in-country entities, more than any other Employer of Record provider.
